We believe basketball is more than a game-it's a vehicle for teaching discipline, perseverance, leadership, and teamwork. Every drill, every rep, every moment in the gym is designed to help players grow not only in skill, but in character.

Our Story
M14Hoops began with a simple but powerful mission: to make players better. What started as one program has grown into a nationally recognized basketball training academy that blends the discipline of old-school fundamentals with the creativity and pace of today's game.
We aren't just another basketball program. We are a training and development academy built on respect, integrity, and accountability. Every player who walks into our gym is treated like family, and every parent who trusts us with their child's dream becomes part of our community.

THE M14 WAY
Our approach is different. We don't recycle outdated drills or rely on flashy gimmicks. Instead, we combine time-tested fundamentals with innovative training methods that prepare players for the speed and demands of today's game.
Every session is structured, intentional, and driven by urgency. Players leave our gym knowing they've been pushed, encouraged, and challenged to become better than they were yesterday.
QUICK FACTS
- Name & Origin: M14Hoops ("Miller 14") is named after our Founder's last name and professional playing number.
- Founded: September 23, 2009 in Aurora, IL. By 2014, we were serving 500+ players annually and became the #1 player development company in the area.
- Expansion: In 2015, we opened in Indianapolis (now Noblesville & Westfield) under Nick Daniels.
- Facilities: Opened our first Aurora facility in 2018 (39,200 sq. ft., 4 courts). Expanded less than a year later to 53,000 sq. ft. with 6 courts.
- Growth: M14 Chicagoland now has 50+ staff members and serves over 5,000 players annually.
- Player Success: 97% of players who train with us make their high school team.
- AAU Programs: M14 Girls play in Adidas 3SSB & BlueStar circuits; M14 Boys compete in NY2LA & PrepHoops circuits-helping families save over $10 million in scholarships.
- National Reach: M14Hoops currently operates in 10 states across the U.S.
